📦 Courier Delivery Policy

For areas outside Dhaka, Chattogram, and Sylhet (where our own delivery is unavailable), products are sent via third-party couriers under the following conditions:

1. Steadfast Courier

• Coverage: Home delivery is available anywhere in the country.

• Charges: 160 BDT for parcels up to 4 kg. An additional 20 BDT applies for every extra 1 kg.

• Payment: Cash on Delivery (COD) is available nationwide. However, the minimum courier charge of 160 BDT must be paid in advance.

• Timeline: Delivery usually takes 2-3 days after booking.

• Restriction: Perishable items cannot be sent via this courier.

2. Sundarban / AJR Courier

• Service Type: No home delivery or Thana-level delivery available. Customers must collect parcels from the District Branch Office.

• Payment: Full payment (Product price + Courier charge) must be paid in advance via Bkash, Nagad, or Card.

• Charges: Minimum charge starts at 160 BDT and increases based on quantity/weight.

• Special Item Rates:

  • 25 kg Rice Sack: 200 BDT.

  • 5 Litre Oil: 150 BDT.

  • If any other product is added to these two items, an extra 140 BDT charge will be added (may increase with quantity).

• Restrictions: * Glass jar products cannot be booked.

  • Perishable items cannot be sent.

• Timeline: Delivery takes 2-3 days after booking.

⚠️ Note:

• Courier booking remains closed on Fridays and Saturdays.
