🛒 How to Place Your Order

Follow these simple steps to get your favorite Khas Food products delivered to your doorstep:

Step 1: Choose Your Products

Browse our collection and select the items you wish to purchase. Please note:

• Perishable items are only available for Home Delivery in Dhaka, Chattogram, and Sylhet.

• Glass jars cannot be sent via Sundarban/AJR Courier.

Step 2: Provide Your Details

Send us a message or fill out the order form with the following information:

• Full Name

• Mobile Number

• Full Delivery Address (Include Floor Number and whether a Lift is available for Home Delivery).

Step 3: Confirm Delivery Method

Depending on your location, select your preferred method:

1. Home Delivery: (For Dhaka, Chattogram, and Sylhet).

2. Steadfast Courier: (Home delivery nationwide).

3. Sundarban/AJR: (Branch pickup for district levels).

Step 4: Payment & Verification

• For Home Delivery: You can pay via Cash on Delivery (standard charge 60 BDT).

• For Steadfast Courier: Please pay the courier charge (minimum 160 BDT) in advance via Bkash/Nagad to confirm your booking. The rest can be paid on delivery.

• For Sundarban/AJR: Please pay the full amount (Product price + Courier charge) in advance.

Step 5: Processing & Dispatch

• Once payment/order is verified, we will pack your products.

• Note: We do not book courier parcels on Fridays and Saturdays.

• You will receive a confirmation message once your parcel is handed over to the delivery team or courier.

Step 6: Receive Your Order

• Home Delivery: Expect your products at your door! (Extra charges apply for 3rd floor+ if no lift is used).

• Courier: Expect delivery/pickup notification within 2-3 business days.
