Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Purevelly Bangladesh. By placing an order with us, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions regarding our services and delivery operations.

1. Delivery Services

• Home Delivery: Our internal home delivery service is currently restricted to Dhaka, Chattogram, and Sylhet city areas only.

• Courier Service: For areas outside these three cities, we utilize third-party courier services (Steadfast, Sundarban, or AJR). Delivery timelines (usually 2–3 days) are subject to the courier's operational capacity.

2. Delivery Charges & Surcharges

• Base Charge: The standard home delivery fee is 60 BDT.

• Vertical Surcharge (No Lift): * Deliveries up to the 2nd floor have no additional weight-based surcharge.

  • For the 3rd floor and above (without lift access), orders exceeding 15 kg will incur an additional charge of 10 BDT for every 5 kg increment.

• Lift Facility: If a functional lift is available and permitted for goods transport, no additional floor-based surcharges will apply regardless of weight.

3. Shipping Policy (Outside Home Delivery Zones)

• Steadfast Courier: * Rates start at 160 BDT (up to 4 kg), with 20 BDT per extra kg.

  • Minimum courier charges must be paid in advance for Cash on Delivery (COD) eligibility.

• Sundarban/AJR: * Only District Branch Pickup is available (No home or Thana-level delivery).

  • Full payment (Product + Courier) is required in advance.

  • Specific rates apply for bulk items (e.g., Rice 25kg = 200 BDT; Oil 5L = 150 BDT). Adding extra items to these bulk products incurs a minimum surcharge of 140 BDT.

4. Product Restrictions

• Perishables: Perishable goods will not be shipped via any courier service. These are strictly available for local home delivery in Dhaka, Chattogram, and Sylhet.

• Fragile Items: Products in glass jars are restricted from Sundarban/AJR courier shipments to prevent breakage.

5. Payment Terms

• Payments can be made via Cash on Delivery (where applicable), Bkash, Nagad, or Debit/Credit Cards.

• Orders requiring advance payment will only be processed once the transaction is verified.

6. Operational Hours

• Please note that courier bookings remain closed on Fridays and Saturdays. Orders placed during the weekend will be processed starting from the next business day (Sunday).

7. Damage and Liability

• While we ensure secure packaging, Purevelly Bangladesh is not liable for delays caused by third-party courier companies.

• Customers are advised to check the parcel's condition upon delivery. Any discrepancies must be reported to our customer support immediately.

8. Amendments

• Purevelly Bangladesh reserves the right to modify delivery charges, weight limits, and service areas at any time without prior notice.
